Take out the jogging stroller and bring them along for a run, take a nature walk, or let them help you garden or bake if that’s something you enjoy.
I find my day goes more smoothly when I prepare for it ahead of time. I try to set out my things the night before so I don’t have to rush around in the morning looking for the things I need.
It’s also important to take time for yourself. I like to journal at the end of the day and listen to quiet music.
